18aa Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "18aa" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service accessible at https://18aa.im, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services available therein.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operators of the 18aa platform.
• "You", "Member", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 18aa platform.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's 18aa account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted and disbursed by the 18aa platform.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any bank transfer options made available by 18aa from time to time.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any ambiguity, the English-language text shall prevail.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 18aa platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 18aa Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 18aa with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility and Registration

Use of the 18aa platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 18aa enforces a strict minimum age policy. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to register an account.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of any payment method used to fund your 18aa account.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or third-party restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You may hold only one registered account on the 18aa platform at any given time.

18aa reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Such verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Account functionality — including withdrawals — may be restricted pending satisfactory verification.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 18aa account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your 18aa account and update it regularly.
• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify 18aa customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• 18aa will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or where you have shared your credentials with another person.

All bets and transactions placed using your account credentials are considered to have been made by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 18aa support via live chat or email immediately. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, place a temporary hold on your account to prevent further activity pending resolution.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 18aa platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 18aa does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not charge foreign exchange fees. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set by 18aa and communicated within the account cashier section.
• Deposits must be made through an Approved Payment Method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where practicable.
• Approved Payment Methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Janata Bank. 18aa may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt by 18aa. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 18aa reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified if additional documentation is required.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

18aa offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. 18aa reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its reasonable discretion, including where abuse of the promotion is suspected.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount on eligible games within the promotional period.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lesser percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account. Real money funds are used first for bets unless you elect otherwise in your account settings.
• Claiming multiple accounts to receive bonuses more than once constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• 18aa reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a member has already claimed it, 18aa will honour the original promotional terms for that claim where reasonably practicable.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the 18aa platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are made available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all 18aa products:

• A bet is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by the 18aa system and a reference number has been issued. Bets in progress at the time of any technical failure will be settled in accordance with available data at the time.
• 18aa reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an erroneous price, whether due to a human error, system error, or data feed failure. Affected members will be notified and any staked amounts will be returned to their account balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may be adjusted by 18aa at any time without prior notice.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket and sports events. Markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 18aa's discretion, including during critical moments of play (e.g., wickets falling, injury time).
• Game results for all slots, RNG table games, and crash games are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. Results are final once the game round is completed. No claims will be entertained after the result has been displayed.
• Live casino results are determined by the outcome of the physical game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection, the result at the time of disconnection will stand if it can be confirmed from the live stream recording.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the 18aa platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Engaging in collusion with other members to influence the outcome of any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human tool to access, interact with, or place bets on the 18aa platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any 18aa game or feature, including but not limited to exploiting display errors, miscalculated odds, or unintended bonus triggers.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner that abuses the spirit of the promotion.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the 18aa platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 18aa customer support staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the 18aa platform, its databases, or any associated systems.

9 Responsible Gaming

18aa is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 18aa platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, interface designs, data compilations, and source code, is the property of 18aa or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 18aa platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 18aa content without prior written permission.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the 18aa platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 18aa intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to legal claims for damages. 11 Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any of its Services, whether planned or unplanned.

13 Amendments to Terms

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors and clarifications that do not alter Member rights or obligations, may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 18aa platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14 Termination and Suspension

18aa may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 18aa has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• Your account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory directive.
• You have been found to be below the minimum age of 21 at the time of registration.
• 18aa is required to do so under applicable law or by direction of a competent authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 18aa customer support. Where your account is closed voluntarily and your balance is not subject to any hold or investigation, any remaining real money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used Approved Payment Method within a reasonable period.
